No. Wait Training works fully without one. Everything stays on your device.

No. Every exercise is bodyweight and works on a bare floor — no mat, no kit.
By default we match the number of exercises to how long you're waiting (a shorter wait gets fewer). You can customise which exercises appear, add more, or let the app pick at random.
Reminders need notification permission. On your phone: Settings → Wait Training → Notifications and turn them on. Then check the reminder is switched on in the app under Settings → Reminders. Reminders fire on your scheduled training days at the time you set.
Add a wait from the Home screen ("Add another wait"). Edit your weekly plan in Settings → Weekly schedule, or give a single wait its own plan from its edit screen.
Settings → Start over clears your waits, reminders and history and returns you to the welcome screen.
