How can we help?

Wait Training turns everyday waits into quick, guided workouts. If something's not working or you've got a question, email hello@mediafield.co.uk and we'll get back to you.

Do I need an account?

No. Wait Training works fully without one. Everything stays on your device.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your phone — your waits, workout history, streaks, weekly plan and reminders. We have no servers and never see it. See our Privacy Policy.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Every exercise is bodyweight and works on a bare floor — no mat, no kit.

How are the exercises chosen?

By default we match the number of exercises to how long you're waiting (a shorter wait gets fewer). You can customise which exercises appear, add more, or let the app pick at random.

My reminders aren't showing up.

Reminders need notification permission. On your phone: Settings → Wait Training → Notifications and turn them on. Then check the reminder is switched on in the app under Settings → Reminders. Reminders fire on your scheduled training days at the time you set.

How do I change my schedule or add another wait?

Add a wait from the Home screen ("Add another wait"). Edit your weekly plan in Settings → Weekly schedule, or give a single wait its own plan from its edit screen.

How do I start over?

Settings → Start over clears your waits, reminders and history and returns you to the welcome screen.
